This page explains how to request deletion of specific personal data held by Fin World while keeping your account active, if you prefer not to delete your entire account.
How to request data deletion

- Use the subject line: Fin World data deletion request
- Send from the email address tied to your Fin World account (or a parent/guardian email on file for a learner account)
- Clearly list the data you want deleted (see examples below)
Examples of data you can ask us to delete
- A parent or guardian phone number stored for a learner account
- A parent or guardian email stored for a learner account
- A child profile (name, email, or phone on that profile)
- Learning progress or gameplay history for a specific child profile
- Contact details used for demo or live-class booking
We will confirm what can be removed while keeping your account usable. Some data is required to operate core features (for example, a sign-in email while the account remains open).
What we may keep
- Information we must keep to provide an active account (such as your Google sign-in email while the account exists)
- Payment and transaction records held by our payment provider for legal and compliance reasons
- Security, fraud-prevention, or legal records for the period required by law
How long deletion takes
We aim to complete verified data deletion requests within 30 days and will email you when done.
